How do I get signed by a modeling agency?
Submit clear, unedited digitals (front, side and full-body) along with your measurements, age and location. Agencies look for proportion, presence and potential — not professional photos. At FYE MGMT, every application is reviewed by our casting team, and we contact you directly if we'd like to meet.
What do modeling agencies look for in a new face?
Height (typically 173–180 cm for women and 183–190 cm for men), strong bone structure, clear skin, healthy posture and a distinctive look. Personality matters as much as measurements — agencies sign people they want to work with for years, not just one season.
How do I apply to FYE MGMT?
Fill in the form on this page with your details, measurements and four photos (portrait, profile, full figure, full profile) shot in natural light with no makeup or filters. It takes about five minutes. Your application is sent privately to our casting team and is never published.
Do I need professional photos to apply?
No. We prefer raw, natural snapshots taken on a phone in daylight against a plain background. Professional retouching hides what we need to see. If you're signed, the agency arranges your first professional test shoot.
What happens after I submit my application?
Our casting team reviews every submission. If your profile fits what we're scouting for, we'll be in touch to arrange a meeting — usually within two to three weeks. We only contact applicants we'd like to take further; if you don't hear back, you're welcome to re-apply in the future.
