In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the personal data and photos you submit through this form are collected and processed by FYE MGMT (ODD GROUP AB) for the sole purpose of evaluating your application to join our roster.

Legal basis: your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Data we collect: contact details, measurements and the photos you upload.
Recipients: only the FYE MGMT casting team. Your application is never published on the website and is not shared with third parties without your prior consent.
Retention: kept for up to 12 months from submission, after which it is deleted if we do not move forward together.
Your rights: you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time by emailing booking@fyemanagement.com.
