for the duration of an active agency relationship

as long as necessary to handle disputes or legal claims
When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.

8. Scouting and Promotion
If a model is booked or receives opportunities through FYE Management’s scouting network, we may reference such placements in agency communication and marketing to acknowledge successful work. This does not imply exclusive representation unless a signed agreement exists.
