As a mother agency, our role is to develop a model's career step by step — testing, portfolio, digitals, then targeted placements with the right partner agency in the right city at the right time.
We negotiate every contract, supervise travel and stay, and stay close to our talent throughout each season abroad. The result is steady, sustainable career growth rather than short-term peaks.
